It is Metro Parking's primary responsibility to provide our clients a convenient parking facility that includes a well-lighted and well maintained parking slots. Assignment and control of parking for the non- reserved and reserved clients. We also provide Valet Parking services to clients in our parking areas located at hotels. We have professional, uniformed, parking attendants to cater this type of dedicated service.

Our accounting system maintains a high level of Quality Control to ensure reliable and responsive billing service. We have two types of clients; the Season and the Casual customer. Statements of Accounts are delivered quarterly. We also train our staff to have the skills and knowledge they need to provide excellent customer service to you. Trained to understand the importance of respecting the customer and how to enforce parking policies with courtesy and professionalism.

With prior six months of focus and purposeful preparation, MPMPI was awarded the ISO 9001:2000 Certification for Management of Car Parks by TUV Philippines. TUV Philippines evaluated inspected and affirmed the whole process of Metro Parking Philippines, on the way our management organize its business. MPMPI successfully met and satisfied the international standard of the certifying body (TUV) for Management of Car Parks. The certification was awarded last February 27, 2006 MPMPI is all the recipient/s of the prestigious award as the Most Outstanding Managed Car Park - National Category by the Philippines Star Brand Award held on 6th April 2006 at the Westin Philippine Plaza.The award is based on a survey measuring the criteria of customer confidence, needs and trustworthiness.

With sucess comes recognition, We were honored with prestigious awards. The merits of these two awards were voted by consumers and marketing professionals for "Best Marketing Practices" through a combination of surveys, focus group discussions, and market research.
